These settings are maintained in the User's local settings folder typically:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\WireCAD\WireCAD6\UserSettings.xml
Vista/7: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\WireCAD\WireCAD6\UserSettings.xml
