Before You Start
When doing a Unpack/Checkin WireCAD performs the Unzip function automatically. Only use this if you are getting an error message during the Unpack/Checkin function in WireCAD.
Unzip Using OS
Step | Description |
---|---|
1. Unzip the packed up project from the OS. Use the built in unzip utility or one of your choosing. | There are quite a few free unzip programs such as Winzip, WinRAR, 7-ZIP etc. |
2. Click Project>Utilities>Unpack Project | |
3. Click Next. On the settings page select the Open project after UnPack option. | |
4. Click the [...] button. | The Open File Dialog will appear. |
5. Change the filter from Zipped Files to WireCAD Project File. | |
6. Browse to and open your "YOURPROJECTNAME".wc6plf file. |
