Application Setup Wizard
This wizard appears on the first run of the application and subsequently if you click Project>Application Setup. The Application Setup Wizard guides you through the following functions:
- Selecting a global database type and location
- Local Machine file based (VISTADB) database.
- Remote Network Share file based (VISTADB) database.
- SQL Server.
- Selecting your WireCAD Community Server contribution mode. WireCAD will automatically contribute your equipment definitions to the WireCAD Community Server unless you tell us not to.
- Opt to use WireCAD Security. Use this to set up Users, Groups and Permission within the application.
- Set up your drawing environment to suit your liking.
- Manage your command line shortcuts.
