Before You Start
This section will only apply to LAWA users.
Accessing the 3 main LAWA specific functions in WireCAD
Command line shortcut | Description |
---|---|
1. Command Line Shortcut: ABS | This will open the "Add Backbone Segment" Window. This is where you will add multi core Cable types to create a Backbone between equipment/Patch Panels. |
2. Command Line Shortcut: NC | This will open the "Create Circuit" Window. This is where you will build Circuits between equipment using Jumpers. |
3. Command Line Shortcut: CMSCG | This will open the "Circuits Grid" Window. From here, you can view and edit information regarding pre-built circuits as well as create a visual preview of such circuits. |
Adding Equipment to Project Database
Step | Description |
