I've been working on a project, but all of a sudden I have equipment that's orphaned. I see it in the database, but they're all highlighted in pink.

The pink records in the Equipment List could be any one of the follow reasons:
Orphaned Manufacturer- Manufacturer Name is missing from the Global Equipment Database (GEDB).
Orphaned Equipment Name - Equipment Name field is missing from the GEDB.
The SysName has be deleted (marked Available = true).
The Manufacturer Name is duplicated.
The Equipment Name is duplicated.

How would that have happened? I did not remove a manufacturer name, or equipment name, nor did I mark SysName to be deleted... I don't see any duplicate manufacturer names or equipment...

If they are not deleted this usually happens if a SQL server cannot be reached and fails back to the local GEDB. The duplicates can occur due to a sync with an outbound database.

Sorry to be a pest, but what happens if we're not using a SQL server and it's only the local DB?

Have you done a database synchronize with another global database where the items were deleted from the other database?

No, everything has been local files.

The global databases needed to be synced between WireCAD v8 and v9 upgrade.
