Is it possible to ripple cable number changes into drawings from changes made in cable database?

absolutely.
V9 will only ripple fields that have corresponding display values in a drawing.
So fields like User5-12, Integrator, and such will not need to ripple.
If you change the cable number though, it needs to ripple.
