WireCAD v9 is tightly coupled to the help file.

 

When you first start WireCAD we enable Beginner Mode. In this mode your moves reflected

in the help system. As you launch functions the help system will display context sensitive

help for forms and dialogs.

 

You can enable/disable Beginner Mode from:

Application Menu>Settings... [User][Expert Mode]
